How is Formwork different from other form builders?
Formwork combines document-style writing with a choice of single-page or one-question layouts, readable conditional logic, and a clear approach to respondent privacy.
Do people need an account to answer?
No. Share your form’s link and people can answer in their browser.
Where is my data kept?
