Fair use, in plain words.

Formwork never meters responses. Every plan has unlimited forms and unlimited responses. To keep it that way for everyone, we publish one number. Paid plans will have a higher number.

25,000 responses per workspace per month, on the free plan.

That is far more than most workspaces ever get. If a workspace goes past it, this is what happens:

1. At 80%, we email the owner of the workspace. Nothing stops.
2. Past 100%, your forms keep taking answers. We do not drop data.
3. We get in touch to talk about a paid plan or a higher limit.
4. If a workspace keeps going far past the limit and we hear nothing back, we may close it to new responses. You get at least 30 days' notice and a full export first.
