Make forms together, safely. Invite the people you work with, give each of them the right amount of power, and get on with it. Everyone sees what they should and nothing they shouldn’t.

These are the four roles and what each can do. Pick the smallest one that lets someone do their job, and you can change it later.

How it works
Invite by email or link
Invite someone by their email address, or copy the invite link and share it yourself. They confirm with a short code sent to that address, so the invitation reaches the right person.
Owner, admin, editor, viewer
Editors write and publish forms. Viewers can look but not touch, and see a form as a view-only page. Admins also manage the team, and the owner looks after the workspace and can hand it on to someone else.
Checked in the database
A role isn’t only a button that goes missing. The database itself checks what each person may do, every time, so a viewer can’t sneak in a change by another route.
A workspace for each team
Belong to more than one team? Switch between workspaces in a click. Each one keeps its own forms, responses and people, and never mixes them up.
When it helps
Invite people when a form has more than one author, or when someone needs to read the answers without being able to change the form. A colleague who only reads responses can be a viewer, and can still export a CSV. A friend who helps write forms can be an editor. Start small, and give more power only when someone needs it.
Keep the owner role for the person who looks after the workspace, and give admin to whoever manages the team day to day. If the owner ever needs to step back, they can hand the workspace to someone else first. When someone stops working with you, an admin can remove them, and their access goes with them. An owner or admin can change a role at any time, so choosing one is never a big decision.
Nobody has to be an expert to join. Someone you invite opens the link, confirms it’s really them, and arrives in a workspace where their role is already set. If you belong to more than one team, you can switch between workspaces at any time, and each keeps its forms and responses to itself.
What it doesn’t do yet
- Paying for more seats. Pro is on the way, and until then everyone is on the free plan.
- Invitation emails are sent once the app is live. Until then, share the invite link yourself.
